Police Report: July 17

1Three adults and four juveniles were arrested for shoplifting at Southridge Mall, 5300 S. 76th St., between July 7 and July 12.


2A 20-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving in the 5900 block of Oriole Lane at 12:40 a.m. July 10. A 20-year-old female passenger in his car was also arrested for underage drinking and possession of drug paraphernalia.


3An 18-year-old man was arrested for urinating in public and underage drinking in the parking lot at Southridge Plaza, 5445 S. 76th St., at 9:20 p.m. July 7.

4A 23-year-old man was arrested for receiving stolen property after police pulled him over for driving a car with a stolen license plate in the 5600 block of West Loomis Road shortly after 2 p.m. July 9.

5A male juvenile was arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior at Southridge Mall, 5300 S. 76th St., shortly before 9 a.m. July 12. The suspect, who was allegedly wearing a short blue halter-style woman's dress and cowboy boots, followed a woman into the bathroom at Macy's and exposed his genitals to her at 2:20 p.m. July 10. The suspect returned to the mall wearing the same clothing on July 12, where he was arrested by police.

6A 17-year-old boy was arrested for forgery (eight counts) at Southridge Mall, 5300 S. 76th St., at 4:45 p.m. July 11.

Greendale police responded to one domestic violence call and assisted with two rescue calls and one fire call between July 7 and July 12.
