The rear license plate was stolen off a car parked at Country Oaks Apartments, 355 W. Sunnyview Drive, between 2:30 p.m. Dec. 18 and 2:10 p.m. Dec. 21.
A 25-year-old Oak Creek man was cited for shoplifting two bags of M&Ms at Target, 8989 S. Howell Ave., at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 21.
Police are seeking an 18-year-old Milwaukee man who attempted to return $170 worth of stolen merchandise at Menard's, 6800 S. 27th St., at 2:45 p.m. Dec. 21. When an employee was able to prove the items were stolen from the West Milwaukee Menard's the man fled the store.
An employee reported two Apple iPhones and an Apple Lightning USB cable were stolen out of a case at RadioShack, 8907 S. Howell Ave., prior to 4:30 p.m. Dec. 21. Loss is valued at $1,630. Police are following up with a possible suspect.
An 18-year-old South Milwaukee woman was arrested for driving a motor vehicle without the owner's consent in the 8000 block of South Wildwood Drive the evening of Dec. 21. She was cited for possession of marijuana after police found marijuana in her purse. A passenger in the car, a 15-year-old Oak Creek girl, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
A $199 GPS unit was stolen from the glove box of a locked vehicle at Days Inn, 1201 W. College Ave., between 7:30 and 8:24 p.m. Dec. 24. The latch on a rear window was broken to gain entry.
A handgun in a holster, a wallet containing a Social Security card and $40, two iPod Shuffles and a radar detector were stolen out of a locked vehicle in the 400 block of East Quail Run between 12:30 and 7:45 a.m. Dec. 25. Loss is estimated at $740. Another locked car was entered and rummaged through, but nothing was taken. The vehicles were not damaged.
A $9,500 Chevy Yukon was stolen out of the parking lot at Midwest Dialysis Center, 9420 S. 22nd St., between 11 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. Dec. 26. Police have a suspect and are investigating.
A 38-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for shoplifting after he was seen concealing two MP3 players in his jacket pockets at Menard's, 6800 S. 27th St., at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 26.
A $600 iPhone was stolen from a home in the 8100 block of South Glenfield Drive between 5 and 6:15 p.m. Dec. 26. Officers questioned several people who were in the home at the time of the theft but were unable to locate the cellphone.
A $150 canvas briefcase containing work documents was stolen from a locked car at DiCarlo Trattoria & Pizzeria, 8469 S. Howell Ave., between 7 and 9:30 p.m. Dec. 27. A window was broken to gain entry.
A 17-year-old Oak Creek boy was arrested for shoplifting after he was seen concealing $28 worth of merchandise in his backpack at Pick 'n Save, 8770 S. Howell Ave., at 8:30 p.m. Dec. 27.
A purse containing $100, a driver's license and an ID card was stolen from a locked vehicle outside Taco Bell/Long John Silver, 8261 S. Howell Ave., prior to 9 p.m. Dec. 27. A window was smashed to gain entry.
An officer investigating a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot behind Quiznos, 8880 S. Howell Ave., arrested a 20-year-old Oak Creek man for underage possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:30 a.m. Dec. 23. The man also was taken into custody on three Kenosha Police Department warrants.
A 17-year-old Oak Creek boy was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 8400 block of South Griffin Avenue after officers found a pipe containing marijuana residue in his room while questioning him about the theft of a cellphone at 7:05 p.m. Dec. 26.
A 53-year-old Oak Creek woman was arrested for drunken driving after she became intoxicated and drove around honking her horn in the 2500 block of West Carroll Avenue at 5:35 p.m. Dec. 23. Her blood-alcohol content was 0.16.
A 30-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested for drunken driving, third offense, in the 9500 block of South Howell Avenue at 8:25 p.m. Dec. 26. He was taken to the hospital for a blood draw, the results of which were unavailable at press deadline.
A 41-year-old Lomira man was arrested for drunken driving after a manager reported three intoxicated people were in a car in the drive-thru at McDonald's, 9471 S. 13th St., at 1:20 a.m. Dec. 28. His BAC was unavailable.
A 29-year-old Oak Creek woman was arrested for drunken driving in the 8900 block of South Shepard Avenue at 2:10 a.m. Dec. 28. Her BAC was 0.18.
Oak Creek police responded to one domestic violence call and assisted with 16 rescue calls and two fire calls between Dec. 21 and Dec. 28.
