1A cell phone was stolen after its owner put it down on a table at Starbucks in Southridge Mall, 5300 S. 76th St., sometime between 3:30 and 4 p.m. July 18.
2Five adults and one juvenile were arrested for shoplifting at Southridge Mall, 5300 S. 76th St., between July 18 and July 24.
3Two unidentified person(s) physically assaulted a man outside his residence in the 5800 block of South 92nd Street at about 3:10 a.m. July 20.
4A man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of absolute sobriety laws after he was pulled over for an equipment violation on South 60th Street and Oakwood Lane at about 5:10 a.m. July 18. Two passengers in his car, a juvenile male and female, were both arrested/cited for curfew violations and turned over to their parents.
5A man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop in the parking lot at Old World Deli on South 76th Street and West Grange Avenue and was also taken into custody for having a valid warrant for scavenging through the South Milwaukee Police Department at about 10:45 a.m. July 24.
6A Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving and cited for an unregistered vehicle and possession of marijuana after his vehicle became disabled on West Loomis Road and Industrial Loop at about 2:45 a.m. July 20. A chemical breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.14.
7A man was arrested for drunken driving and cited for deviating from a designated lane on Westway and Darnell Lane at about 11 p.m. July 21. A chemical breath test indicated a BAC of 0.26.
8A man was arrested for drunken driving and cited for speeding and a seat belt violation in the 4900 block of West College Avenue at about 1:25 a.m. July 23. A chemical breath test indicated a BAC of 0.17.
9A motorist called police to report a possibly intoxicated man carrying a bottle of Gatorade was stumbling in and out of traffic on South 60th Street and West College Avenue at about 7:10 p.m. July 18. Officers spoke to the man, who denied being intoxicated and said he was on his way to a relative's house. The Greendale K9 unit found a can of compressed air and a receipt for the air from Walgreens concealed behind some bushes. However, police could not positively identify the man as the person who purchased the inhalant, and he was released.
10An unidentified male attempted to pass a counterfeit $100 bill at Ruby Tuesday, 5320 S. 76th St., at about 7:45 p.m. July 18. When confronted by an employee, the suspect fled in a pearl-colored Chrysler 300 with tinted windows and a plastic license plate cover that was last seen traveling northbound on South 76th Street.
11A man was arrested for drugged driving and cited for driving the wrong way on a divided highway after he was pulled over for driving the wrong way on West Grange Avenue and South 60th Street at about 2:40 a.m. July 22.
