THEFT

1The driver of a gray Dodge left without paying for $52 of gas at BP-Hales Corners Amoco, 5100 S. 108th St., at 2:25 p.m. Feb. 1. Police have the license plate number of the vehicle and are following up.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

2A 24-year-old Franklin man was arrested for drunken driving on 116th Street and Parnell Avenue at 2:50 a.m. Feb. 3. His blood alcohol content was 0.19.

3A 28-year-old Waukesha woman was arrested for drunken driving (second offense) in the 118000 block of West Janesville Road at 8:50 p.m. Feb. 3. The woman was taken to the hospital for a blood draw, the results of which were unavailable.

ACCIDENTS

4A 16-year-old Hales Corners girl was taken to Children's Hospital after her car was struck by a vehicle trying to make a left turn on Grange Avenue and 108th Street at 3:53 p.m. Jan. 30. The driver of the striking vehicle, a 22-year-old Hartland woman, was taken to Froedtert Hospital and was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way.

5A 47-year-old Franklin man was taken to Wheaton Franciscan Hospital after his car was rear-ended by one vehicle, then that vehicle was rear-ended by a third vehicle after the man had slowed for traffic on 108th Street and Luther Avenue at 5:24 p.m. Jan. 31. The drivers of both striking vehicles, a 32-year-old Muskego man and a 49-year-old Kansasville woman, were cited for following too closely.

Hales Corners police assisted with one rescue call and one fire call between Jan. 27 and Feb. 3.
