Welcome Democrats, welcome to Madison!

Wisconsin Democrats hold their annual state convention in the perfect place this weekend, Liberaltown, USA, Berkeley East, Madison, Wisconsin.

Can you imagine that scene? Stale popcorn and pretzels on every table. Everyone badly dressed, 20 or more years out of style. Dylan music pouring through the speakers. One aging hippy after another patting each other on the back about how Socialist America has become.

Given that Wisconsin Republicans are a warm, loving bunch, they wanted to give Democrats riding into Madison for the convention in their hybrids and beads and sandals a nice welcome. So they put a billboard up greeting motorists on the westbound beltline near Rimrock Road:

Madison waiters, waitresses, and bartenders, get ready for the absolute worst tippers you've ever seen in your life.
