Franklin's sex offender ordinances continue to work

The Franklin Police Department recently received information that a registered sex offender moved into Franklin with a friend in the 6800 of W. Kathleen Ct. in violation of the city’s sex offender ordinances. Franklin Police Chief Richard Oliva gave the offender a letter about the ordinances on Tuesday and instructed the offender to move immediately or face penalties.

The offender moved out of Franklin today back to his previous residence in Oak Creek.

Franklin’s ordinances, ruled to be constitutional are helping keep our city safe.
