45 life lessons and 5 to grow on

E-mails. I get e-mails. Jokes, cartoons, stories, articles. Some are good. Others are very good. A few are great. Most are, well……hit delete.

A good friend of mine understands what I like to see in my inbox and I must admit his batting average is pretty impressive.

He sent me one of those travelling e-mails that included a column written by 90-year old columnist Regina Brett of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Brett is a columnist.

And she does write for the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

But 90 years old?

If she's 90, she better not hang around any retirement homes, for her own safety.

OK, so she's not 90. But she did write an extremely popular column in 2006 that continues to make the rounds. It's truly worthy of the all the attention years later.
