Mayor reacts emotionally after vote is cast to approve construction of new sports facility

I know what you’re thinking.

I can assure you.

This is not a joke.

It is not a trick.

The above blog title is not meant as some ploy or tease to lure in more readers.

This is not a hoax.

Everyone who reads my blog knows clearly I write the truth.

And that is certainly the case here.

Mayor reacts emotionally after vote is cast to approve construction of new sports facility?

It’s true.

Here’s what I’m talking about:

Sacramento mayor Kevin Johnson reacts after casting the final vote for a new arena for the Sacramento Kings during Tuesday evening’s arena vote at the Sacramento City Council meeting at city hall on May 20, 2014. You can see it in this photo taken by
Jose Luis Villegas, the Sacramento Bee.

You see.

What I described does, indeed, happen.

Just not here (Franklin).

Besides.  Our mayor couldn’t jump that high.

(Sorry, I just couldn’t resist. OK. I’m not sorry)
