Dy's Blitzen
If you've visited us you probably know we have a really creative staff behind the bar at the Distillery Tasting Room.
Our newest team member is Dy. Dy came up with a great Whiskey cocktail using our Kinnickinnic Whiskey, our Kirschwasser (cherry brandy) and some bitters from our friends at BittercubeMake the drink, and next time you visit the distillery be sure to say hi to Dy.
Dy's Blitzen

2 oz Kinnickinnic Whiskey
1/2 oz Great Lakes Artisan Series Kirschwasser
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 barspoon of Orange Marmalade
9 drops Bittercube Jamaican Bitters #2
4 drops Bittercube Orange Bitters
Sprecher Ginger Ale

Add all ingredients (except Ginger Ale!) in a shaker with ice, shake and strain into an ice filled glass. Top with Ginger Ale. Enjoy!

Visit our online Cocktail Database for more ideas or to submit your own recipes!
Visit us at Stonefly Brewery tonight (Tuesday) - we'll be pouring samples of our products from 7-9pm!

Remember, a bottle of our fine spirits is an excellent gift idea, visit your favorite retailer and pick up a bottle or two! Also be sure to get together with friends and family at your favorite bars and restaurants this season!
