Many of you know about the WI Supreme Court Judges race. What many of you may not know is that candidate Joanne Kloppenburg is benefiting from an outside group (Greater WI Committee) running ads that are intentionally misleading and a smearing of David Prosser's record. When David Prosser asked Kloppenburg directly to ask the group to discontinue the smear ad she refused, saying it was their right to run the ad.

The sex abuse victim referenced in the ad himself has asked that the ad be pulled because it was not true  and even though he does not live in WI any longer he stated he would vote for Prosser if he were a WI resident because of his helpfulness as the prosecutor at the time in the case. Troy Merryfield stated, "As a victim, I find the ad by the Greater Wisconsin Committee to be offensive, inaccurate and out of context... If I was a resident of the State of Wisconsin, I would vote for David Prosser in the upcoming election"  By the way, The Greater Wisconsin Committee is funded by none other than our former sleazy Governor Jim Doyle -bankrolled with his leftover campaign war chest.

Please pass this e-mail far and wide so that others will know the truth of what is happening in our WI Supreme Court Race. The unions are heavily backing Kloppenburg because they know from her statements and her record that she will be an activist judge making laws from the bench not applying the law to the facts of the case as was the original intent of the highest branch of our judiciary. Prosser is a no nonsense, by the book, apply the law to the facts judge. That is the traditional way a Supreme Court or for that matter any other judge should be deciding cases. His 12 years experience as a Supreme Court Judge versus Kloppenburg's zero experience as a judge of any kind make this a clear choice.

I ASK YOU TO PLEASE VOTE Tuesday April 5th to preserve the rule of law on our Supreme Court!
